Seafood aficionados can dive into our splendid seafood on ice selection including Flower Crabs, Snow Crabs, New Zealand Green-lipped Mussels, Korean Clams, Slipper Lobsters and Tiger Prawns. You can also expect the ever popular Chilli Crabs served with mini mantou, Baked Half Shell Scallops and Sambal Stingray, as well as other Western options including Seafood Marinara, Squid Ink Pasta with Lobster Bisque, and Pan-fried Butter Fish with Capers and Caviar Cream.
Savour delicious Barramundi Fish Head Soup, prepared a la minute at the live station and the juicy and tender Roast Angus Beef at the carving station. What's more, fresh Salmon Sashimi, Maguro Sashimi, Hamachi Sashimi and Tako Sashimi will be served during dinner buffet. There will also be a tantalising array of sweet treats on our dessert bar for you to end this delectable dining experience on a sweet note.
