Highlights of our Easter buffet includes creative and delectable Asian egg dishes specially prepared by our culinary team such as Wok-fried Soft Shell Crabs with Salted Egg and Curry Leaf, Braised Pork Belly with Quail Eggs and Dried Mandarin Orange Zest, and Egg White and Salmon Roe Fried Rice.
Our buffet line will also feature traditional Easter dishes and modern favourites including Shepherd’s Pie, Scotch Eggs, Roasted Rack of Lamb with Pistachio Crust, Pan-fried Swordfish with Foie Gras Emulsion, Broiled Oysters with Cream Spinach and Herb Crumb, Fine de Claire Oyster Risotto with Riesling and Chives, Hot Cross Buns, Valrhona Bread and Butter Pudding, and Apple Crumble.
While the adults feast away and chat, the little ones can tuck into comfort foods on our Kids' Buffet, including Fusilli Pasta with Sausage and Black Truffle Cream, Breaded Fish Fillet, French Fries, Mini Cheese Burger, Fruit Jello and more.
Bar ’75 will be transformed into a Kids’ Entertainment Zone where kids can let their creativity shine by partaking in our fun egg painting activity. They can also relax and enjoy a family movie from 1pm to 2.30pm while munching on delicious popcorn.
